Live arrival concerns are handled under the current Live Arrival Guarantee.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Accept your Pygmy Cories on the carrier's first delivery attempt. If a fish arrives dead on arrival, take a clear photo while the fish remains in its sealed shipping bag and email it to Bob@BobsPygmyCories.com within one hour of the carrier's delivery time.

Bob will determine whether to refund or reship. The guarantee ends once the fish enter your water.
